Our ideal candidate has experience in a high volume commercial kitchen. Someone that works quickly and is calm under pressure that knows the importance of keeping work space clean and organized. This person will have outstanding customer service and can multi-task by communicating with customers and cooking at the same time. Minimum Qualifications:
-Two years' restaurant experience in a commercial kitchen is a must
-Two years' experience in a food preparation position
-At least one year experience on a Grill and know proper meat cooking temps
-Must work
weekends and Holidays such as 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day,
ect… (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s day closed)
-Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to
their understanding
-Ability to satisfactorily communicate in job-related English
-Able to follow instructions and work without close supervision
-Be a team player
-Ability to handle multiple priorities
-Positive attitude a MUST
-Flexible
availability for both lunch and dinner shifts; weekends and holidays
-Food Handlers Certification
-Daily setup, cleanup and breakdown required.
-Candidate MUST be able to work quickly, follow direction.
